***NOTICE OF INTENT***

In accordance with Section 70-637 R.R.S. Nebraska State Statutes (1943 as amended), notice is hereby given that the Omaha Public Power District intends to enter into a contract with Metso Minerals Industries, INC., to Rebuild the Bucket Wheel Reclaimer Gearbox at the Nebraska City Generating Station, 7264 L Road, Nebraska City, Nebraska.
